Paolo established MCEI to cater to the unique needs of Canadian companies and provide services in the field of security and software development. He is a strong believer in Canadian values of hard work, security and discretion of services for transportation industries and financial organizations that do not wish to migrate assets, customer data and internal knowledge outside of Canadian borders. His professional career has spanned 25+ years working for several large corporations under strictly enforced NDA's to provide security consulting.

Mr. Galas has extensive knowledge in planning, designing, installing, migrating and integrating IT security systems for transportation, communication, manufacturing and financial industries.

Henry has administered IT installations for clients that include Global Travel, Bombardier, Nabisco, Enbridge, EDS, IBM, Manulife, Transamerica and Rogers. He has extensive systems and networking experience in IBM, Sun, HP, SGI and Microsoft environments in geographically distributed installations.
He has administered over 50 aeronautical engineering workstations and servers for CAD/CAM design and first flight of the deHavilland Q400 turbo prop aircraft and the Bombardier Global Express 5000 business jet.
Developed and implemented fault tolerant data storage systems for Manulife and Transamerica with a backup and disaster recovery plan.
With EDS as a project manager implemented a Toronto harbour security system with state of the art radars on budget and on time.
Henry graduated in Computer Science from Ryerson Polytechnical Institute in 1977 and has been an IBM certified information systems administrator since 1994. In 2003 Henry completed Systems Security training at Ryerson University.
